Having seen trailers for the movie, I saw this book and figured it was the basis for the movie.  Although it may be (I guess I won't know unless I go see the movie), I usually enjoy books more than movies based on them.  So I picked it up.  I'm not really into the whole zombie thing, but I imagine that if I was I might have enjoyed it more.  As it is, it was mildly entertaining, but no great shakes.
